Description
Conceived as an experimental art project, the Solid State Watch permanently encapsulates a classic Casio F-91W movement within a block of hand-cast transparent resin. This deliberate design eliminates all buttons, lighting, and interactivity, transforming a highly functional object into a waterproof, uninterrupted monument to time.
Because each piece is hand-poured in small batches in CW&T's studio, the resin features subtle, unique imperfections that ensure no two watches are exactly alike. The timepiece is secured by a light grey elastic strap with brushed metal hardware and boasts an estimated battery life of over ten years.
Important Time Configuration Note
This specific inventory is permanently set to GMT +1 (UTC +1) and is configured to a 24-hour display format. Because the resin case has no buttons, this time cannot be altered under any circumstances.
Regarding Daylight Saving Time, please note that this timepiece cannot be adjusted for Daylight Saving Time (DST). Depending on your local timezone regulations, a mental calculation of one hour will be required during the months when DST is not in effect.
